I have been practicing law at Frost Brown Todd (formerly Frost & Jacobs) since graduating from law school. My focus has been and remains on environmental law (litigation, transactions and counseling). I am a Member of Frost Brown Todd and Chair of the Environmental Practice Group. I have served in various firm management roles, including the Executive Committee when Frost & Jacobs merged with Brown Todd & Heyburn to form Frost Brown Todd.
I am also involved in various community and civic organizations, including on the boards of the Cincinnati Parks Foundation, LifePoint Solutions, Greater Cincinnati Behavioral Health Services and First Tee of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky.
I have been married to Frances for 24 years and we live in Anderson Township, an eastern suburb of Cincinnati. Frances works as a teacher’s aide at Immaculate Heart of Mary School. We have two children, Mitchell (20) who will be a junior at Ohio State and Melissa (15) who will be a sophomore at St. Ursula Academy.
When our kids were younger, I spent much time coaching them in youth athletics, which could be both very rewarding and frustrating at the same time. In my free time (is there such a concept?!), I enjoy traveling, working in the yard and playing golf.
