Jackson in Action

Our classmate John Jackson sent along some snapshots.

One of the high points of our hooding ceremony was when John crossed the stage holding his son Zac.

Zac with robe IIZac was rather a popular little guy; either that, or John was very good at dragooning his fellow Mooters into babysitting duty.

These last two are from the National Moot Court competition in New York City in the spring of 1989.

"If I can argue it there, I can argue it...anywhere, it's up to you, Moot Court, Moot Court!"

“If I can…make it there, I can make it…anywhere, it’s up to you, Moot Court, Moot Court!”

Great pics John! Don’t we look like the 80’s power brokers in that pre-competition shot? Especially now US Attorney Velez,
Daniel Velez looking most suave and debonair. But not everyone could rock the floppy yellow bow tie like me…
